Welcome 2016 Hancock County Fair
Please read COMPLETELY before proceeding
 
TICKETS ONLY (Exhibitors please scroll down to next set of instructions):
1. First register as an exhibitor
     At REGISTRATION, please list the names of any additional persons for which you will buy Season Tickets (limit 50 characters; call office if names will not fit)
2. Proceed directly to checkout by clicking “Edit Cart” from the lower left, then “Checkout”.
3. Select the # of Will-Call Tickets desired
4. Finish check-out process
     
 
EXHIBITORS:
  1. Keep Passwords Simple. Letters ARE case sensitive.
  2. How you enter your name (upper/lowercase) is how it me will be show on cards, judge sheets, etc
  3. Some fields will be required, as denoted in bold  
  4. You are responsible for knowing and following all posted rules and regulations of the departments you enter. Visit www.hancockfairgrounds.com for a copy of the Premium Book.
  5. Before completing your check-out process, each Exhibitor must purchase a ticket according to their age. At “Additional Items” select ONE (1) Exhibitor Ticket per Exhibitor based on the Exhibitor’s age. If you wish to purchase additional tickets, select the number of Will-Call tickets desired. Pick-up your tickets on or before Tuesday, August 30th at 8 PM at the Sr. Fair Office.
  6. Payment accepted by Credit Card at time of entry or via Check or Cash mailed or dropped off to Hancock Co. Fair c/o Entry Validation, P.O. Box 148, Findlay, OH 45839. Mailed payments must be postmarked by August 19th, 2016 and received in the office by August 22nd, at 5 PM. Any payments no received by this time will void all entries and ticket requests.

Hancock County Agricultural Society or Hancock County Fair Board will NOT be held responsible for entry errors. Please make sure ALL information is correct BEFORE checking out/completing your entry. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO YOUR ENTRIES after you have completed your check-out process. No Entry Fees will be refunded for entries submitted incorrectly.
